  The store is average, but the service is great! Every time I come in, I leave happy and fulfilled.

  I was very lucky to be serviced by a young mature girl named Vanessa who gave me great service.
  The sub she created was so perfect and everything was fresh and tasty.
  
  I will continue to go back just because of the professionalism and good service Vanessa provided.
  Both her and her teammate Matt were really great employees.

  You never get the same quality or quantity of sandwiches if they are prepared by two employees. You have to watch to make sure your veggies are ripe and they put enough on. Aside from that the employees are super nice except for my last time there. The Manager of the store felt it was his duty to take me to task for parking in the handicapped spot. I am disabled and have been for 4 years. My handicap plaque is legal as is my State of Illinois ID-handicap. He made comments over and over and did not stop. He outright said I didn't look disabled. While some may consider that a compliment, taking it in context it biting and mean. I choose not to deal with them anymore. Even hearing from the owner did not make it better as he chose to side with employee. When you make a mistake, you own up to it and apologize. Not constantly say, oh it wasn't meant that way. It was meant with malice. His job is not to watch the shared parking lot, but to make sandwiches and run the little shop. Not tell me how the police are 'eyeballing me' when clearly they are handling an accident/ticket on the road. The owner tried to state that the police parked and watched for people to park there and give tickets. GOOD! If they don't belong there, they should get tickets.
  My experience was bad. As a disabled woman, I choose to share my experience so others can be spared what I went through.
